BIKE TYPES
We have both hybrid and mountain bikes. They are new each year.

GEARS
All are 21 speed and have mudguards and a strong 25kg pannier carrier.

SIZES
The bikes are -
Mens hybrid models 49cm (19) with front and saddle suspension
Ladies hybrid models are 43cm (17) with front and saddle suspension
Mountain bikes - are Raleigh Fervant 21 speed with front suspension and front disk brake.

ACCESSORIES
All bikes are supplied complete with 25kg pannier carrier, pump, coil lock with key, tube and puncture repair kit. These are included in the hire price.

HELMETS
The wearing of which is manditory - is included in the hire price

RATES
Are €25.00 per day and €80.00 per week -> payable at the shop.
Still at 2002 prices.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a refundable deposit of €100.00 per bicycle - paid by cash or a separate visa /mastercard transaction at the shop.

EXTRA'S
Rear pannier bags, triple type 60 L capacity €10.00 per week.
Front handlebar bags - handy for your sunglasses, sun cream , water bottle and (oh no) a light rain jacket. We do get rain sometimes ! MAPS
We carry ordinance survey maps of the local region. These are €8.00 each.

ONE WAY RENTAL
This is rent from me and return the bikes to another mainly Raleigh dealer in Ireland. This is charged at €30.00 per bike.

DIRECTIONS
From tourist office on Grand Parade cross the road and turn left for 50m. Cross footbridge - turn right for 30m -until you reach car carrying bridge. Turn left into Barrack Street - uphill for 50m. At Y junction do NOT take the left fork. Continue for 400m. Shop - number 55 on left hand side. Big Raleigh rent a bike sign outside shop. Average walking time approx. 10 minutes.
Driving from Cork Airport to my shop. Leave airport - turn left at exit for Cork. After 2 miles - 3 km turn left - sign for "Togher" Downhill to T junction 500m. Turn right to roundabout 50m - drive straight on (over busy road) to roundabout 50m. Straight on through 3 sets of traffic lights - approx 2km (1 1/2 miles) Up a little hill. At 4th traffic light there is a green shop on your right "Nolans". Turn right. Shop 50m on your right - big "Raleigh - rent a bike" sign outside door.

STUDENT OPTION
If you are renting for over two weeks the following option might be of interest. PURCHASE an equipped bike - with pannier and mudguards - from our range of hybrids in the €240.00 or plus money bracket. When finished we will refund you 40% of the value of the bike - up to six weeks. 7 - 12 weeks - 30% refund and finally 13 - 40 weeks 20% refund.

PAYMENT
May be made by cash, money order or Visa / Mastercard.

RESERVATIONS
If you wish to reserve bikes, just complete the form below or fax me back with the dates you require and your own heights. Deposit of 25% - by Visa no. or cheque is required at time of booking if you wish to reserve 4 or more bikes.
For security reasons if you are booking using the form below please do not include your Visa/Mastercard Number.

PEDALS
If you wish to supply your own pedals we will fit them for you for no extra charge
